Fit Steps Fab

Tuesdays at 10 – 10.45 am

Fit Steps was devised by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe, two former professional dancers on Strictly Come Dancing, together with competitive swimmer Mark Foster who provides nutritional advice. The routines are choreographed using Ballroom and Latin American dance steps and music. Classes are for all levels from complete beginners to advanced and no partners are required. It is a lot of fun as well as being a great fitness programme.

 

Marina Pawley is the first qualified Fitsteps instructor in Spain and we are very lucky to be able to attend her fabulous classes in this area.
